It took a 6-8 weeks to see improvements and then the results start to come faster. The variety of movements and classes keep things fresh. Try each of the classes at least once and figure out what feels right for you. My favorite quote I learned from Tommy. "Today I will do what others won't so tomorrow I can do what others can't!"
