Based off of the CrossFit training methodology, this class includes movements requiring high skill such as clean and jerks, snatches, handstand push-ups, kipping pull-ups, rope climbs, and overhead squats. This class be constantly varied and will have the highest intensity.
Strength & Sweat
A strength and conditioning class offered Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday. Each class will have a strength component followed by a metcon. This class will be a medium skill based class that any ability level can join. This class will NOT have any clean and jerks , snatches, handstand push-ups, or overhead squats.
This class is based around overall improvement of the cardiac system. Workouts on Sunday’s will be 90 minutes, and Wednesday’s will be 60 minutes. You can expect to be moving most of the time that you are in class. These classes are centered around our erg machines (running, rowing, biking, and skiing). This class will never use weights. Skill level is low and anyone can join.
This class focuses on teaching and improving the barbell snatch, and clean and jerk. This program will take you through the step by step progressions, regressions, and variations of these movements. This program is great for new and experienced athletes looking to learn, improve, or master their technique in Olympic Lifting.
This class is a specialty class on Saturday mornings. This class is filled with high amounts of interval and cardiovascular training along with partner style workouts. You can expect a lot of moving and SWEATing in this class.
This hour long class focuses on attention to mindful movement and connecting that movement to our breath. This class uses various props such as mobility balls, bands, and yoga blocks to help increase mobility, and to encourage better form with control.
This is our teen strength and conditioning class that runs Monday-Thursday at 3:30pm. Age range is 13-17 . These athletes will work on improving strength, conditioning, power, speed, and agility in a small group setting.
