CROSSFIT
Our classes are based on the CrossFit training methodology. CrossFit is an evidence-based fitness program that increases work capacity. Capacity is the ability to do real work, which should be measurable. Life is unpredictable (much more so than sport), so real world fitness must be broad and not specialized. Real World Fitness.
The CrossFit program at Mi5 Fitness, is a strength and conditioning system based on constantly varied, functional movements, executed at a relative high intensity. It simultaneously incorporates gymnastics, metabolic conditioning (“cardio”), and power lifting and Olympic weightlifting into one exercise routine . Our program at Mi5 Fitness efficiently combines the most effective training methods of Weightlifting, Body Weight Movements, and High Intensity Cardio.
