Join the best lifters from across Minnesota at the Sadecki State Championships!
Competition: Saturday, August 17
Registration close: August 9 at 6 pm
REGISTER HERE
Athletes must hold a valid USAW membership and register through BARS (USAW website). Athletes under the age of 15 must contact Scott Fjelsted ([email protected]) to register.
As with all USAW sanctioned meets. Weigh-ins open 2 hours before the start time for each weight class. USAW membership and proper attire are required for your lifts to count.
FIRST SESSION
Weigh In: 10 am
First Lift: 12 noon
Subsequent sessions will follow based on number of athletes.
Competition is open to lifters from Minnesota and beyond. Out of state lifters may lift to get an official total, but may not be eligible to medal. For those not familiar with an Olympic weightlifting meet, you will have 3 attempts to post your best snatch and 3 attempts to post your best clean and jerk.
