Where did you grow up?
When did you become a member of Mi5 Fitness?
I've been a member for exactly 1 year
What do you do when you are not at Mi5?
I'm either working at Lili Salon as a stylist, busy being a mom or most enjoyably we are up at our cabin and out on the water fishing!!!
How did you find out about Mi5?
I found out about Mi-5 through one of the coaches at the other Crossfit I went to before moving to Lakeville! I Was told that all the coaches and staff here were amazing and boy were they right!!!
When/How did you realize CrossFit/Mi5 was the right fit for you?
A couple of years ago I found myself spending a lot of money at a "normal gym" and besides being extremely bored, I wasn't seeing any results! That's when I decided to walk through the doors at a Crossfit in the city I was living in! I was super scared, but knew I could do anything I put my mind to and I was up for the challenge! I wanted to be a "Crossfitter" I was immediately addicted!
My favorite part is that I have not done the same workout even one time in the last two years! Boredom is not a factor in Crossfit!!
The reason mi-5 is so great is because there is something for everybody at any age here and no matter what your goals are they will help you reach them.
What is your favorite WOD/movement?
If I had to pick one movement that I love it would be "Cleans" they just make sense to me!
What is your least favorite WOD/movement?
I struggle with snatching but am not giving up!
What would your perfect WOD look like?
My perfect WOD would include lots of rope climbing, clean and jerks and any kind of cardio.
What is one thing you have been able to accomplish since starting at Mi5 that you never thought you'd be able to do?
I've set a few goals (I love setting goals) at Mi-5 and I'm checking them off the list as I go..

What motivates you to stay fit?
I love the way I feel inside and outside after a good workout... It sets my day up for success!
There is something about being closely In Tune with your mind, body and spirit and that's what working out does for me. Of course setting a good example for the kids as well.
What is something about you that Mi5 members do not yet know?
What you probably don't know about me is that I'm currently studying to become a personal trainer and can't wait to help people feel the way I do about fitness and health.
What advice would you give to someone just getting started at Mi5?
My advice to a new member would be come as many times in the week as possible!
You can't fail if you don't quit and you can't succeed if you don't start!
