Looking to give your athlete the edge this off season? Look no further! We are the experts in sport specific training for your wrestlers.
We are excited to offer you a 12-week strength & conditioning program this summer for Lakeville area wrestlers. This program is designed to improve overall strength, speed/agility, mobility, stamina on the mat, and nutrition specific to wrestlers. Sessions will be 1 hour long on Wednesday evenings at 7:30-8:30 pm. Sessions will begin June 14th and run each week until August 30th. Designed to help your athlete improve their strength, speed, stamina on the mat, mobility and nutrition. *Note: There will be no make-up sessions unless specified or if an unforeseen issue should arise.
