Despite obvious benefits such as building muscular strength, promoting muscle tone, fat loss, improved metabolism and bone density, many of us equate "strength training" with using weights. We offer hot, vinyasa style yoga that helps promote mobility, flexibility, and core strength using just body weight. Yoga also tones both large and small muscles while incorporating the mind-body connection that is so crucial to a healthy lifestyle. Our members constantly comment how different and fun our yoga classes are.
