Olympic Lifting
Olympic Lifting is our signature weight lifting program that focuses on teaching and improving the snatch and clean and jerk movements. This program will take you through the step by step progressions, regressions and variations of these movements in a 6 week block format, but can be joined at any point in time. This program is great for the new and experienced athlete alike looking to learn, improve or master their technique in Olympic lifting. This class meets on Tuesday and Thursday evenings at 5:30pm and is 60 minutes in length. All ability levels are welcome!
Mi-Olympic Lifting is taught by our resident Oly-Lifting/ CrossFit coach D.J. Hiller. D.J. is a Level 2 certified CrossFit Instructor, a competitive Crossfitter, the assistant strength and condition coach at Lakeville South High School and is a NASM certified Personal trainer.
