Program Description

The Endurance program at Mi5 Fitness in Lakeville, MN focuses on improving overall cardiovascular health and stamina. This low-skill, high-energy class is perfect for all fitness levels and requires no weights. Classes run for 90 minutes on Sundays and 60 minutes on Wednesdays, keeping you moving the entire time.


Workouts are centered around erg machines, including running, rowing, biking, and skiing, to build endurance and boost heart and lung capacity. Whether you're a beginner or an experienced athlete, this program offers a supportive environment to push your limits and improve your fitness.
