Fill out your form to get started and take your first steps towards getting the results you want.

Meet a Coach, Make a Plan
During your Free Intro session, you will have a 20 minute no-sweat consultation which will include:
- A personalized fitness assessment and goal setting
- An overview of our training methodology
- Class and contract options
- A tour of our world class training facility
- A plan for your next steps and so much more!
03.
Schedule Your Onboarding Sessions
Connect with your coach to begin your one-to-one Onboarding sessions. Each session is 60 minutes long and will walk through a warm up, movement pattern or lift, workout and cool down. These sessions are designed to teach you the movements and exercises you will use throughout Mi5 classes. Upon completion of your Onboarding sessions, a Mi5 coach will walk you through goal setting, and help you decide what your fitness journey will look like next.
04.
Start Training
After you complete your onboarding sessions, it's time to join the family! Choose from one of the many membership options that fits your goals and needs. Remember, this isn't just a fitness facility, this is your fitness family.

At Mi5 Fitness out coaching staff is passionate about training, coaching and inspiring our members. We love to train and love to be at the gym. In addition, we also understand that the 23 hours you spend outside of the gym are actually more important that the one hour a day you spend with us.
