Mi-Bootcamp
Overview
Mi-Bootcamp is a unique strength & conditioning program to Mi5 Fitness. This program is comprised of two main parts: Mi-Bootcamp (Strength) & Mi-Bootcamp (Interval) and is for anyone looking for real results from their workouts! Mi-Bootcamp uses a combination of traditional strength training equipment and exercises mixed with body weight exercises, functional movements, and metabolic conditioning to develop strength and endurance, while promoting fat loss. Workouts are fun and intense, and can be adjusted to any individual’s ability level regardless of past experience. During each hour long session Mi-Bootcampers move through a variety of functional movements mixed with High intensity interval training (HIIT) to help them reach the desired results they are looking for. We provide the expert coaching and motivation...you provide the sweat and hard work!
Mi-Strength
This class is a combination of familiar strength training workouts/movements mixed with full body high intensity interval training. Our innovative technique works to "shock" the body in the most efficient way to improve your overall conditioning, build muscle, and shed body fat. An essential component to the Mi-Bootcamp program! All ability & experience levels welcome are welcome.

Mi-Interval
Using a combination of Interval training techniques, this class is designed to challenge your cardiovascular and metabolic systems using a variety of plyometric movements, power training exercises, sprints and full body functional training movements. These short bursts of maximal intensity are separated by longer intervals of low to moderate intensity designed to maximize efficiency and results. This method is proven to use more FAT as fuel both during and after your workouts than traditional cardiovascular exercise. All ability and experience levels are welcome in this hour long session and exercises can be modified based on the individual. If you are looking to breathe hard, sweat, and burn calories this class is right up your alley!

Mi-Move
Mi-Move complements all of Mi-5's other classes, offering members a chance to improve movement and mobility while also enjoying a thorough workout. The class follows a set format of 10 minutes of stretching, yoga, and flow followed by a 20 minute AMRAP (as many rounds as possible) incorporating 5 light or body weight movements followed by 10 minutes of stretch down.
