Join us December 21 in our 7th annual Fitmas Tree event at Mi5 Fitness! First wave starts at 8:00 and will go one every 10 minutes. Door open 7:30. All movements will have modifications. Or do it with a partner!
This year our event will benefit Get Strong Ministries, a Christian organization that seeks to share the message of Jesus Christ and develop believers through the CrossFit community, discipleship programs, and mission opportunities.
