Warm-Up

Dynamic Flexibility Series 
     8-10 Drills- Slow to Fast  **(Add In Exercises after each Down & Back)

Activation
  Core Focus (8 Rounds of 20-10)
1.  Plank & Sit Ups
2.  Side Plank (R&L)

Strength 
(Monday & Weds)
4 Stations -  4 Groups

4 Rounds of: 3x 20 second Go's at Each Station (30 second Transition)
A1- Air Squats
A2- Push Ups
A3- Static Lunges
A4- Shuttle Sprint 


(Tuesday & Thursday)
4 Stations - 4 Groups
4 Rounds of: 4x 30 second Go's at Each Station (30 second Transition)
A1- Static Lateral Lunges
A2- Pull-Up Holds
A3- Lateral Hops + Air Squats
A4- Push Ups

Conditioning - Team Building Game 
Monday - BaseBall Diamond - Cone T-Drill 
​Tuesday - 4 on 4 Square Drill Game
Wednesday- Kyles Game
Thursday- Rugby
